  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Items must not have been altered, tailored, or customized.
  • Returns are not accepted for final sale items, unless the product is defective.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  2. Receive a Return Authorization
    • Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed return instructions.
  3. Ship the Item
    • Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RA number.
